• VX Corporation
  Senior web designer and developer for a CAD/CAM Software company. Responsible for all web presence including external sites (including forums, online stores and support sites) as well as internal support sites and company intranet. Coldfusion development of custom applications to support software design process and development of custom internal applications for process automation and database storage. Developed and deployed ecommerce sites for Global markets. Developed custom web-based solutions for software deployment and automated licensing.
  
  VX Corporation was purchased by ZWSoft (www.zwcad.com) and the vx.com site was re-branded in late 2010.

• VX Ecommerce
  Ecommerce sites developed, deployed and maintained for Global Reseller network. 3 seperate online stores were created to serve unique reseller networks in the US, Germany and greater Europe. We developed a custom IP Sniffer to protect Reseller network pricing due to different pricing schedules across networks. This system was built on a mySQL database populated nightly via CRON with a PERL script that gathered all the IP registries nightly dumps, so our IP database was never more than 24 hours old. This database was shared across all 3 store servers. This was a critical requirement in order to facilitate Direct Sales while also keeping Reseller Contracts in place. Direct software sales also required us to custom-build a web-based licensing application that tied in to our software's built-in license mechanism.

• Harris Corporation
  Web Designer as part a core group of designers and developers responsible for external sites as well as internal and intranet sites. Harris has over 15,000 employees throughout the world so their needs for internal and intranet sites to support their projects depended on our group which was located in their corporate headquarters. Part of a team of 4 designers that was responsible for re-designing all major business units external facing websites which was a year-long project and was part of a company wide rebranding.

• Neilson Surfboards
  Surfboard manufacturer's site developed with full CSS layout and augmented with a surfboard database done in PHP and MySQL. Client wanted a strong focus on the product and ability to display, search, and sort the surfboards entered into the database by size or type. Web based administration panel was built for client access to the database.

• Phoresia
  Phoresia.org is a Wordpress based blog using CSS, PHP, and mySQL. A custom template was developed using a custom style sheet and color scheme to match the vision on the web site mission. Custom PHP programming for RSS feed for syndicated content used for an affiliate. As co-founder of this site David Lawless is directly responsible for content development as well as editorial duties and content management and imagery for each post. Phoresia.org has received national as well as international recognition for it's unique and original resources and interviews.
